We actually test all digital inputs for threshold (turn on / off) voltage and all digital outputs are load tested to make sure they can provide the charged current for each output. All analog inputs and outputs are checked for proper standardization per the manufacturer’s specifications to be sure your critical PLC applications will perform as perfectly and new as it was originally engineered.
